Corporate Law is the set of rules that companies have to follow. It covers how a company is formed, managed, and closed. It deals with things like shareholders, directors, company meetings, and legal rights. In short, it's the law for running a company properly

The corporate law is also known as company law. The company formation, operation and dissolution comes under this law. This law encompasses the rules and regulations that dictates how a buisness more specifically a company is started, managed and how it comes to an end.
