Hi Tushar, As per the information searched, IIIT Delhi offers B.tech with a fee of about Rs. 75000 per year but the same may differ this year; and for LPU, the fee is about Rs. 70000 per semester. Both the amounts are just the Tuition fee. For more information and any changes in the fee structure,
