what is criteria if getting best four %age? is that we have to chose the best marks obtained in any four subjects. I m commerce wid maths?

how to take admission in Du in Eng hons with 79% in best four if i select (Eng, business, A/cs, physical) and 76.5% if i chose economics instead of physical? so can i get admission in Delhi??
