CRL stands for common rank list . It is a list released by National Testing Agency (NTA) for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) main examination. The list is based on the scores scored by all the candidates who appeared in the examination, irrespective of their caste .

The Common Rank List (CRL) for JEE Main is the list of all the qualifying candidates for the exam, together with their respective ranks. In JEE Main CRL, a student's rank is determined by their exam scores relative to all other test takers, regardless of their category.

CRL stands for the Common Rank List. NTA releases the cutoff in several categories one of which is CRL. Basically, CRL means unreserved category. Candidates belonging to unreserved category need to have JEE Main cutoff equal to or more than the CRL cutoff. The other categories for which cutoff is released are Gen-EWS, Open-PwD, OBC-NCL, SC and ST.
