Council of Indian Scientific Research (CSIR) conducts JEF (Junior Research Fellowship) for the post graduates with 60% marks to pursue PhD and also to get stipend/ research assistanceship which also make them to eligible for teaching position. There is no question of difference between CSIR and JRF.
