Hello, cutoff is the number on which last student is being selected. As you asked about cutoff rank it should be the rank of the last one who got selected.

Hi Is you asking about jee main cuttoff of 2016? Then the calculated cuttoff of this year shall be, St -45-50 Sc-55-60 Obc-65-70 Gen-105-110.

Cut off rank is the minimum rank you should get in any exam to qualify further.
