Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune is a Deemed University (Private Owned) and Pune University is a State Owned University. So, Transfer is not so easy. But still if the Pune University admits on the grounds Equality & Quality on par with them in their syllabus, papers, evaluation, etc. The Universit
