what is d scope for overseas doctorate study in molecular biology? I completed MSc in Plant Sc from Saurashtra University, Rajkot. plz guide

I completed BSc Microbiology with 58% in 2004 and MSc Plant Science with 57% in 2006. I left my M.Phil in Plant Biotechnology in between and since 2008 till date working with renowned NGO at leading position. Now would like to explore again towards plant tissue culture/molecular biology. Plz Guide
