    The "Detailed Application Form, " or DAF, is required to be completed twice. First is DAF I, which is filled after clearing the preliminary stage, and second is DAF II, which you fill after clearing the main stage.
    1. The DAF II is more detailed, and you need to provide extra details like hobbies, service preferences, and cadre preferences.
    2. The DAF is one of the most crucial documents because it contains the data that will be used to base your interview. Some of the information from DAF 2 is given to the panel as a summary sheet.
