    Hi Akanksha,
    No departmental test is no different from the entrance exam, it is just that different department conducts entrance of the respective subject in which you apply in the University. I hope you are clear about this.

    Departmental test is like you'll have to come to the university for your entrance and there will be no other center anywhere for the exam. The test is conducted by in the respective department itself.
