    He UGC-stands for the University Grants Commission-it is a body that grants permission to the university by studying all the aspects,each and every aspect of the university.
    It decides the university potential,as a university have to maintain lots of facts,it is a huge responsibility,it is likewise our father is responsible for maintaining all our needs and all our requirements,similarly a university is responsible for maintaining every issues related to the college,hence it is necessary that the UGC take care of all this facts.
