What is difference between B.Sc and B.Tech?

Hello Ashutosh,
B.Sc is more of a theoretical approach which deals with various scientific laws, theories and research. If you're interested in research field, you can opt for B.Sc followed by M.Sc. B.Sc is a 3 years course.
On the other hand, B.Tech is an engineering course which deals with how the theoretical concepts can be applied to serve the practical purpose, which involves creating new gadgets and machinery to make various life tasks easier. It is a 4 year course.
Briefing it up, while B.Sc. is a study of scientific discoveries, B.Tech is a study of scientific innovations.
