B.Sc in chemistry is pure science and B.Tech in chemical engineering is applied science. It depends on your interest and performance.
Best of luck.

Hi, How are you? Well opting for B.Sc is such a good choice as it is different from that of B.Tech. If you further want to go in research field then choose M.Sc and then Ph.D from a good college. Go for it! Thank you and keep asking!

B.Sc. in chemistry is more theatrical and covers the whole subject in details. B.Tech in CE is practical and about applying chemistry or engineering and technology.
