    First of all both courses are totally different.
    CA is a professional course and CA's have attestaion authority under ICAI Act passed by parliament. Its a tough course to clear and subjects mainly covered are Accounts, Audit, Taxation and many other subjects.
    MBA is a post graduation course for management level people. It give specialisation in particular subject,
