What is difference between executive and distance learning MBA?

I am fresher graduate from aeronautical engineering as a fresher it is difficult for me to get a job in aviation industry(aviation) but i want to do MBA in operation management so it is better for me to gain some experience and after it i will go for MBA or to do MBA without Experience?

    Once you plunge into a career it becomes difficult to go for studies. I would suggest go for an MBA before starting your career. Do it from a good college so that you can get the maximum benefits: XIMB, LPU, SYMBIOSIS etc.

EMBA students typically possess considerable work experience before entering the program.
