What is difference between GNM and B.Sc nursing?

GNM is a Diploma course and B.Sc Nursing is a degree. A degree course is better than a Diploma.

One is a degree and other is a kind of Diploma. GNM is a job oriented course and will get you a job. B.Sc Nursing is a degree course that is mostly academic.

GNM means General Nursing and Midwifery course. It is a Diploma course. Course duration is 3 year and 6-month internships. B.Sc. Nursing is a 4-year degree course.
