    Management deals with the nursing staff and other employees. They are responsible for evaluating job performances, discipline, and staffing.
    Administration is a class unto itself. The CEO, COO, CFO, CNO etc. live in a sort of parallel universe that never really overlaps except to send the odd email to the rest of us. They are a very well paid and pampered bunch. They definitely do things the rest of us have known about, and they want it that way.
