What is difference between MA in psychology and M.Sc in psychology? I have done my BAMS. Can you let me know the institutes/universities?

Both the courses are similar and the difference lies in the kind of approach the course offers. M.Sc is for those who come from a science stream and M.A is for those who are keen to pursue a career in Psychology but hail from a non-science background.
