Executive MBA id higher degree then MBA or you can say executive MBA is next step of regular MBA but In Executive MBA we learned that how to behave in corporate area ......duration of this course is one year

Besides the difference mentioned above, executive mba is meant for candidates having some fixed years of work-ex like IIMA keeps it at 7 years and above. many a times its sponsored by the candidates company in which case you dont need to take up a huge amount of loan.

It's just 2 different kinds of MBA. The Executive MBA is targeted at older, more experienced individuals who consciously want to enhance their ability to conceptualise rather than their proficiency in functional management. The MBA is aimed at the younger manager who wants to hone his/her managemen
