Mostly, we have two year MBA degree and a one year of diploma. There are good jobs, where the requirement is two years of MBA and not the one year MBA.

A full time MBA degree is a two year program with 6 months of general management and 1.5 years of core specialization. A one year MBA degree is an integrated version with one year of just specialization. A full time MBA is mostly preferred over one year ones.
