Hi Saurabh,
PCS J is a Judicial Examination for the post of JMIC (Judicial Magistrate 1st Class) which you can take after the completion of LLB wherein your don't require any experience, whereas PCSHJ is a Higher Judicial Examination for the post of Session Judge which one can take after LLB with 7
