what is difference between PGDBA and correspondece MBA?

MBA is a degree and PGDBA is a PG diploma. there is no difference except this

SCDL awards PGDBA and not MBA if you do correspondence course.

PGDBA is equivalent to MBA in industry point of view, but it cannot be used for obtaining any higher degrees like PhD. Generally, the institutes like ISB, IIMs, IIPM which are not given the authority to give degrees, award their students with PGDBA, PGP, PGDBM etc.. Whereas normal universities that
