PGPM programme is a 1-year programme is for the people with more than 5 years of experience, while the PGDM programme (2-year course) is for those who have experience of less than 5-years. You have to meet the eligibility criteria of one of the three entrance examinations viz. CAT/XAT/GMAT to get an admission into the PGDM programme. The admissions for this year have been completed.

Hello Rupam,
Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a Diploma degree issued by AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) for recognized institutions equivalent to a 2-year MBA for candidates with a maximum of 5 years of work experience.
However, Post Graduate Program in Management (PGPM) course is a 15 months residential program meant for only those candidates who have a minimum work experience of 5 years.
Both the courses at SPJIMR accept only GMAT, XAT or CAT scores.
