What is difference between the colleges having AICTE approved and not, and UGC, DEC approved or not.?

What is difference between the colleges having AICTE approved and not, and UGC, DEC approved or not.? will there be any effect on students after passing out of with approved college and without approved college.

It is important for colleges running professional courses to be approved by the UGC and AICTE , otherwise the Degree Provided can't be considered valuable. UGC and AICTE ensures that the College or University maintains benchmark standards for ensuring quality education and learning outcome.
