MBA provides you opportunity for management careers and ME shall make you suitable for teaching, R&D or project engineering jobs.

Hi, Well MBA is completely into business administration whereas ME is a highly technical aspect. You can go either way:-
1. Go for M.E regular, take the campus placement and gain good experience and once you personally feel ready to take the jump, opt for E-MBA.
