BCA is a 3-year course while B.Tech is a 4-year course. B.Tech will provide you more job opportunities than BCA. Also, Industry recognition of B.Tech is more. BCA mostly needs to be followed by MCA for improving one's job prospects.

Bachelor of Computer Applications is a 3 years under-graduate degree course in the field of Computer Applications. BCA doe not require Maths background and will prepare you for Application programmer job. BTech Computer Science is a four year degree course which will build mathematical and theoretical foundations of computing. It will prepare you for Systems programming. BTech CS can do Application programming easily which is not true for BCA graduates. BTech CS is a preferred degree by Indian IT industry. BCA graduates are not eligible for MS CS abroad.
