The two-year, post-graduate Diploma in Anesthesia course deals with the principles and practices of anesthesia, covering anesthesia techniques, pain management, and critical care. The students acquire the skills of administering anesthesia and managing the patient under-going surgical procedure as well as pain and critical care situations. One year is reserved for theoretical study and 1 year for practical training with an overall of 1,040 hours of clinical training. The fees range from INR 50,000 to INR 2 Lacs per annum.
