What is domicile certificate? Is it important for admissions?

Domicile certificate is not important for admissions. Though one must carry a domicile certificate to be on the safer side. A passport or any of the identification certificates can help one to seek admission in any of the colleges. The main proof of address is the matriculation certificate. I would
