What is eligibility for it?

Dear ranjit, you can not study BE/B.Tech through Distance Mode.DEC has closed technical programs of all universities.It is not valid now to study BE/BTech through Distance Learning from any University. you can do so from Professional bodies like AMIE(Associate Membership of Institute of Engineers
