most institutes look for minimum 50% in graduation of any stream -however OBC quota is usually in government institutes only-you could try in NCR DELHI AREA -PGDM at IMT or INMANTEC GHAZIABAD FOR GOOD TRAINING AND JOB PROSPECTS-DR KAVITA GOSWAMI
