Recently my friend's brother took admission at LPU in MBA only and he said that as per eligibility criteria for this course in 2020 session LPU relaxed admission norms and national level exam I. e. LPU NEST is not mandatory to give but one can give to get scholarship benefits. The eligibility criteria for this programme is just Pass with 55% aggregate marks in Bachelors degree (any discipline)or equivalent, and Interview. Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboaration of concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut off score only you will considered as qualified or not.
