Let me share with you interview competencies that are tested as part of MBA interviews in LPU. The various parameters includes Fluency, Grammatical errors, elaboaration of concept, Clarity in thought process, Confidence, General Awareness and leadership quality. In LPU when you sit for an MBA interview there are 2 panelists one from the core domain and the other from soft skills to assess you on speaking skills. Both the panelists will be rating you on the competency and a score will be generated. On the basis of the cut off score only you will considered as qualified or not.

One of my friend sisters took admission at LPU in MBA course and she shared details that she got from LPU counsellor at the time of admission. Let me share those details. Firstly she told eligibility criteria one need to qualify to get into this course which says pass with 55% aggregate in graduation in the subject to qualifying interview. She said LPU rankings are very good. LPU has been ranked No 1 amongst all ranked institutions, beating all the Iims including IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. For MBA minimum average salary package that she comes to know is 5.35 Lacs per annum and the maximum package is 16.6 Lacs per annum which I also think is very good as a start.
