salary is depends on the basis of several factors like working area, personal skills, academic excellence, etc....
The average start up pay would range from 1.5 lakh to 3 lakh per annum. An experienced aeronautical engineer might get a salary of Rs 40000 to Rs 1.25 lakh per month.
