I don't know the fee structure of the BCom programme at Loyola College Chennai but being alumni of LPU, I can share the information about fee structure at LPU as my friend took admission in BCom this year. The fee structure at LPU for BCom is INR 80000 per semester.
In LPU students get an in-depth knowledge of banking and management courses. I have come to know from one of my very close relatives that Mittal School of Business, LPU provides both B.Com and B.com(Hons) along with various specializations which itself ranges from traditional specializations courses to the courses of the newly streamlined specialization as per the current requirements of the job demand in the market.
