The course fee for B.Com at Loyola College is INR 4,614 per annum. The fee structure for PhD is INR 6,000 per annum. B.Sc course fee is INR 48,000 per annum. This is what being shown on the net, you can check further.

Most of the private colleges will charge you around 30k to 70k per semester. DBS, Dehradun has a reasonable fee of only 36k.
