The university has well-equipped laboratories, library, lecture rooms and excellent farm facility to conduct agricultural experiments. Students learn about the latest advancements in the field of agriculture, disease resistance, fertilizers and, insecticides with extensive fieldwork and field trips preparing them for the evergreen field of agriculture.
The best thing is the University does not compromise with the academics as all the lectures are held and if a faculty wants a leave either the makeup lectures are planned or adjustments are provided for that particular slot.

In order to provide a basic understanding of emerging problems and technologies involved in agriculture, field visits are conducted to neighboring farms, orchards, and nurseries.
University provides additional placement oriented classes and students also studied subjects like analytical skills, soft skills, etcetera as part of the curriculum to prepare the students for all types of competitive exams. I would like to name a few companies that visit LPU- Nestle, VLCC Health Care, HDFC, Rallis India, SYNGENTA INDIA LTD, WIPRO LIMITED, and many other firms. The average package is 3.27 LPA and the maximum is 5.6 LPA.

At LPU, the program is curated for building expertise through well planned on-field implementation and testing of basic concepts in production, yield enhancement disease resistant and better shelf life of food and flora. Creating professionals to tackle the dogma from seed to stomach.
