VIT Vellore BTech fee is distributed in two category Group A and Group B. The Group A consist of engineering branches with a generally lower tuition fee. Given below are the BTech Group A fees:

Tuition Fees (Per Annum)	INR 1,73,000 *
Caution Deposit (Refundable) (One time payment)	INR 3,000
Total fees to be paid for the first year	INR 1,76,000

Branches like Civil engineering, biotechnology, electrical and electronics engineering, electronics and instrumentation, chemical engineering etc. are in Group A.
