Manish, LPU doesn't offer PhD Ortho but offers PhD Physiotherapy. The fee is
http://www.lpu.in/programmes/all/Post_Graduation/Physiotherapy/Ph.D._(Physiotherapy)_[Full_Time]#Fee
The admission is based on entrance test followed by Interview. If you are NET qualified, then you are exempted of test.
