What is freelance in graphic design all about?

I want to make my career in drawing, painting or designing but confused to choose one.

    First of all, to become a freelancer you need a solid and concrete portfolio (a showcase of your work). Then you need to get it uploaded on the websites which provide hiring of freelancers by clients. Freelancing in graphic design includes Brochures, posters, logos, monograms, advertisements, etc. Mostly. Remember, one must not be confused with graphic designing and motion graphics. Since, these are two entirely different fields.
