    As an automobile engineer, you can find employment in :
    -manufacturing industries
    -production plants
    -service stations
    -state road transport corporations
    -private transport companies
    -insurance companies
    -motor vehicle departments
    Automobile manufacturing industries such as TELCO, L&T, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra & Mahindra, Heldex India, Bajaj Auto and Gabrial employ automotive engineering graduates as Senior Production Engineer, Quality Engineer, Mechanical Design Engineer etc.
    You may also join defence services of the country.
    You may set up your own business venture.
    You may even take up traditional teaching profession.

    Dear Rohan ,There is great scope in India for Automobile engineers in near future.
    More n more luxury automakers have set up their plants and services in India.
    Like Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Toyota, jaguar, Benz, Renault etc.
    10 years ago hardly there were benz and 1 or 2 Luxury brands on road but we are seeing much more now on roads even in small cities and states.
    Lucrative career for Automobile professionals
