GATE is graduate aptitude test in engineering. I mean it provides a way to further studies like Masters.

GATE exam is for pursuing PG courses in engineering, PSU jobs.

GATE is the Master's level exam, which helps to complete your M.Tech degree in the field of engineering and Science (physics, chemistry etc. ). If you are interested in the exam the admission forms are out and the last date to fill it out is by 1st October.

GATE -Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering. The purpose of this exam: For PG admissions, screening for entry level jobs. Conducted by IIT & IISc. GATE tests the skills of graduate level students. It is of 100 marks, duration 3 hours.
