What is generally prospects for growth in career in the long run, both financially as well as quality of work offered?

Hello Japan :) If you want to be just 'an another MBA graduate'-IRMA isn't for you.( Blunt but truth!) Monetary(ROI wise): an Average package of IRMA is at par with fees. Highest package touches 19-20 lakh mark. The prospects are very good. You will always have choice to work in development sector or switch to corporate sector. There are good number of development sector jobs which offer good pay packages and challenging work.
