what is good for a fresher in B.Tech CSE FROM THESE PHP,SOFTWARE TESTING(MANUAL) or Asp.net/Java

please help in choosing the right course within following 1.PHP 2.Software Testing 3.Asp.net 4.Java as I have done my training in Asp.net during B.Tech and for a job what is the best one among these which has scope in getting a job.
