You can write civil service exam by doing engineering or any other else degree.select the branch which you are interested then go for that branch after completing your bachelors prepare for civil service exam.There are many coaching institutes for civil service exams or you can prepare by your own b

If you want to go for civil services then you can go for degree , for IES you can go for engineering
