What is good to make a career in HR: an HR Generalist certificate course or PGDM in HR and Administration from TISS?
I'm a BA graduate pursuing MA in English from IGNOU.

Hi Indra,
I would suggest to pursue a PGDM course since it will give you more exposure. The ultimate goal is to gather more information and have sound knowledge of the concepts.
