What is HCL talent care young engineers training program and does it guarantee a job in HCL?

This programme is actually a helping hands for those students. The objective is to hone the abilities of engineering graduate students with additional skills for effective employment, and also to bride industry-academia skill gap. The reason behind the inauguration of this programme is less employability. There is a talent divide that has been created, as more than 75 per cent graduates today are not job-ready. India Inc. is witnessing high attrition rates of 20 per cent and above, because of expectation mismatch at 0-3 year experience band that is hurting enterprises very badly.

HCL Talent care is an initiative that has been launched by HCL Corporation for helping those engineers, who have obtain their degree, but not get placed in any company. This program is actually a helping hands for those students. The objective is to hone the abilities of engineering graduate students with additional skills for effective employment, and also to bride industry-academia skill gap. The reason behind the inauguration of this program is less employability. There is a talent divide that has been created, as more than 75 per cent graduates today are not job-ready. India Inc. is witnessing high attrition rates of 20 per cent and above, because of expectation mismatch at 0-3 year experience band that is hurting enterprises very badly. However, there is full efforts are been engage form the HCL side, but it depends upon the strength, efforts and willingness of the students. It is a 6 months residential program in which approximately 3 -5 lacs INR is taken as a fee deposits.

Various facilities are provided to candidates who join this program and it’s not a bad option, if you can easily shed around 1.5 lakhs. Or else, there are better ways to get a job. They will train you in different departments like oracle, java, testing etc., you will have personality development and communication skills sessions as well. Also, after the training, you will be deployed in random location as a Graduate Engineer and at a package of Rs. 2.4 lakhs per annum. HCL Talent care is a small division of HCL that offers specialized trainings to college students. Once the training is complete, offer to join HCL is extended to successful students. Although, the package extended is slightly lesser as compared to direct campus hires. They would be needing more number of freshers for them. There is a high chance of getting placed in HCL, if you come via TalentCare. I am not sure about the cost involved in registering for the HCL Talent Care. But, HCL is providing Loans for the course mentioned HCL is one of the major player in the market and have bounced back from a profit warning issued by SEBI. Good days are approaching.

The company assures jobs to people who enroll for courses at HCL TalentCare.

HCL talent care is nothing but an internal employment program of HCL. You have to pay a hefty sum of 1.8 lakhs after which will have daily classroom sessions during which you will be paid some stipend (8k I guess). HCL talent care is provided in cities like Manesar, Bangalore & Chennai (not sure about other places). They will train you in different departments like oracle, java, testing etc., you will have personality development and communication skills sessions as well. Also after the training you will be deployed in random location as a Graduate Engineer and at a package of 2.4 lakhs per annum. (I am not sure about exact figure) Over all it is good for people who are struggling to find a job and ready to invest this much sum of money. But if you are talented enough, then you don't go for it.
