Various facilities are provided to candidates who join this program and it's not a bad option, if you can easily shed around 1.5 lakhs. Or else, there are better ways to get a job. HCL talent care is nothing but an internal employment program of HCL. You have to pay a hefty sum of 1.8 lakhs after which will have daily classroom sessions during which you will be paid some stipend (8k I guess).
