HCL TechBee, Hyderabad including all other HCL TechBee offers a certificate programme called Early Career Programme in which students who have passed class 12 can get admission by clearing the HCL CAT Test.
Early Career Programme is a 12-month hybrid training programme especially curated for students who want to start their career in tech industry after passing class 12 to become financially independent. Students after completing the programme will get hired by HCL Tech for various full time IT roles with a starting package of INR 2.2 lakh.
