It stands for Higher Secondary Certificate. It is your +2 requirement after you complete your tenth class at school.
Also referred to as the 12th class exams. A prerequisite to graduation.

Hi Keshav..HSC stands for Higher Secondary Certificate. The one a student gets upon completion of his 11th and 12th classes. In some states HSC is called as Intermediate Public Exam too.
