What is IBPS RRB marking scheme?

<p>Scores obtained by candidates in IBPS RRB exam are calculated based on the marking scheme. The marking scheme is prescribed by the examination authority. IBPS RRB marking scheme is given below:</p><div dir="auto"><strong>Preliminary Exam:</strong></div><div dir="auto"><ul><li>Each correct answer typically carries 1 mark</li><li>For every incorrect answer, there is a penalty of 0.25 marks (1/4th of the mark assigned to that question)</li><li>Unanswered questions do not attract any penalty</li></ul><p><strong>Main Exam</strong></p><ul><li>The marking scheme for the main exam is generally similar to the preliminary exam, where each correct answer is awarded 1 mark.</li><li>There is typically a penalty for wrong answers, which is around 0.25 marks (1/4th of the mark assigned to that question)</li><li>There are no negative marking for unanswered questions</li></ul></div>
