    IIT Kharagpur was established in 1951 and is ranked by NIRF 2022 as six under the Overall category. IIT KGP, through various departments and schools of study, offers undergraduate, postgraduate, PhD, and various other courses to students. The courses are provided across Management, Law, Engineering, and various other streams. IIT Kharagpur is famous for its wonderful placements and state-of-the-art infrastructure. It has a big campus and great faculty.
