    The pattern for Physical Efficiency Test for Navik GD is given below:

    • 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
    • 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak).
    • 10 Pushup
    • All three test of PFT are to be carried out in continuity without any break. Any break will lead to failing the PFT
